Don’t wait until the day before you launch your campaign to start drafting content and source creative images and graphics. That’ll create more headaches and stress than you need to focus on what’s important. Instead, plan your content 30-60 days in advance in a content calendar. Review it with your team and set goals on what results you want to achieve month-over-month.
Step 3: Execute With Accountability
Set regular meetings with your team to ensure that key expectations are being met. Challenge them to meet short-term goals with positive reinforcement like prize-winning contests. This often stirs up more creativity to drive results toward key performance indicators (KPIs).
Step 4: MEASURE EVERYTHING
Measure your success by tracking and monitoring key insights across platforms. Analyzing website traffic alone won’t provide you with the big picture of your visitor’s journey. It would leave you with a lot of unanswered questions like: “How did they get there? Why did they click on that content to arrive on that page?
